The 'Limonaia' apartment is on the ground floor. It has an indoor surface area of 58 sq.mts. and is west facing. This is our largest apartment and
therefore the most suitable for large families. It has two bathrooms, one of which is specially planned for people with disabilities. The living room
has a sofa bed for two people.
The outdoor patio area of this apartment has a surface area of 20 sq.mts. and is covered by a porch. There is also a large patio area with terracotta floor tiles which goes beyond the porch, the ideal place for rela xing or dining in the sun in spring and autumn, whilst a natural barrier of plants and climbers (jasmine, juniper, Boston ivy, wild asparagus and canna Indica) creates an intimate, secluded setting. The small bright red roses entwined around the pillars of the porch add a touch of warmth and vibrancy to this outdoor area, which is also surrounded by the garden.
