After leaving the highway A1 (Milan - Rome) at FIRENZE SCANDICCI follow the road signs for PISA - LIVORNO (FI-PI-LI).

After about 25 km exit at the EMPOLI OVEST junction. Turn right towards FUCECCHIO and go straight ahead until you cross a bridge.

After the bridge turn right, after 1 km turn left towards CERRETO GUIDI. Once you have reached the village, turn right at the traffic lights towards VINCI.

30 m after the sign TOIANO (when you reach the first houses of Toiano) turn left down a small road, after 400 m turn left again and after another 100 m you will see the "il Fondaccio" on the left.
